Read up on last cycle's UEFA playoffs. Didnt remember at all how ****ed France were after their first leg. The Zlatan-Ronaldo derby blocked all memory space.

In other news, Australia have our first intercontinental playoff in 12 years.

In 2001 vs Uruguay we stayed in Uruguay and got slaughtered and poorly treated.

In 2005 we stayed in Argentina, got treated well and got a better result and qualified.

For some reason, our FA has decided to stay in Honduras, murder capital of the world, for the entire buildup instead of going to El Salvador or similar. Idiots.

In my extensive experience, Paraguay > Colombia > Venezuela > Peru > Ecuador > Brasil > Bolivia > Chile > Argentina. Never tried Uruguay or Suriname or Guyana.

I was at the old Wembley when Chile (more like Zamorano and Salas) tore England apart. Their fans were incredible.
It was the only time I've ever seen the England fans applaud the away fans after the game.

They should make the inter confederation playoffs into a single site event in a neutral country. Make them all one game playoffs held in the same city over a long weekend.

How about some hard evidence instead of opinions.

Last 3 Miss Universe competitions: Colombia has finished 2nd, 3rd, and 1st.

Venezuela's won it a record 7x though, that's pretty strong.

Pretty sure there is video of us leaving the airport in Montevideo in 2001 getting spat on by fans. And that was leaving the freakin airport, let alone near stadium etc...

Colombia/Venezuela >> Brazil/Argentina/Guays/Chile >>>>> Perú/Ecuador/Bolivia

The latter 3 have massive indigenous populations which hurts attractiveness from a conventional/2+2 perspective.

Colombia also has a lot of sub regions that you really have to take into account individually. Paisas are much different than girls from Bogota and Cali.

But, yeah, Venezuela is #1.

It's definitely not Argentina, for a variety of reasons, and I had an Argentinian gf last year so I'm not biased against them at all.

Look, there are physically hot women everywhere, especially in Latin America. But Brazilians are the most confident/sexy of the lot. Yes honorable mention to all of the above already under discussion.

Nah I just didn't spend summer holidays in Ireland as a kid plus Ebbe Sand > all Irish footballers

I actually missed the Robbie Keane debacle bc I was at some sort of event welcoming my brother (among other kids ofc) at his new school. In retrospect I can't believe they scheduled it that way, what where they thinking
