They would need to qualify through the football league first.

I'd much rather see Cardiff and Swansea **** off out of the English system than allowing more foreign teams into it.

Also, Middlesbrough will not bounce straight back up because their attack is still terrible. Shame ours lacked class as well. Not the worst 0-0 I've ever seen though.

EPL is actually pretty weak after the top 5 imo so this is certainly not true.

go to Borussia Dortmund and stand in the Südkurve with all the Dortmund fans
This. I'm obviously biased since I'm a fan and got season tickets for the "Südtribüne" (about to leave in 5 minutes). Stadium got 80.552 for season games, roughly 25k of those are the no-seat spots in the Süd. Pretty much always sold out, average attendance last season was 73.802 I think.

If you want to go to some other stadium I'd probably recommend Cologne.

QFT.
Its like the English league used to be like before all seater stadium.

Fulham and QPR are my fav grounds over here. much better for atmosphere when they're full than all the Anfields and Old Traffords.

Newcastle has been well over-hyped

Better for the top 6 or so teams. In the long run, it would leave all of the other teams worse off by getting them relegated/not promoted / making them miss out on a European spot. It would be good for a few teams, bad for a lot of them.

Bundesliga season 09/10 started yesterday. Wolfsburg - Stuttgart 2:0, Misimovic and Grafite scored. I'm very excited to see Dortmund playing Fc Köln today.

Man City are playing them this afternoon, will be interesting to see how they do. The fact that Celtic regularly start with City rejects Killen and Samaras up front would not bode well for their chances in England.

Started at 3pm. 2-1 City now, Barry and Bellamy, Killen(lol) for them. Decent game so far, Robinho playing some lovely stuff.

Wouldn't exactly call them rejects...As the club would have done everything in their power to keep them.

Whereas Robinho was told to go, Ade wasn't exactly getting told to stay.

Tevez yes we (the fans) wanted him to stay but had Fergie paid the £30m that he clearly thought was too much he still be at united, again didn't do everything in our power to keep them.

Owen NU would have loved to keep him. Carrick at Spurs they'd have loved to keep him as well. Rooney on the other hand was told that he was never going to get a game at Everton as he wasn't good enough - oh wait.

hah Newcastle/West Brom was actually a decent match. Newcastle keeper left at half after eating the foot of his teammate + giving up a goal at the same time.

Brought in some Dutch kid keeper with a mullet who made 3-4 fantastic saves.

West Brom scored in the 4th min of stoppage off a set piece but it was offside.
