I stopped watching First Take a long time ago. Skip's persona is too over-the-top for my tastes.

I was drunk last night and apparently on a high horse (or possibly trolling) with that.

The skip show can be amazing when huge things are happening (eg: Leborn's epic fail's vs. the Mavs or Tebowmania), especially when they involve skip's favorite memes. That sort of thing hasn't happened lately. Now no matter what's going on in the sports world, if i happen to tune in on a monday they'll be guaranteed to devote a huge portion of the show to cowboy/tebow discussion and it has gotten quite stale/unwatchable for me.

SAS denial was GOAT politician level.

lol that was during first take? i didnt get to catch that. i actually thought he was going to say "look it, please" first time seeing the video. bc he starts a lot of his responses with "look" or "look here." but watching that segment of the show on tv, i didnt think he said ***** please.

did he at least say what word he was using, since it *wasn't* *****?

The Disney Sports Network should at least make him ride through It's a Small World After All like.... 10 or 15 times. Stand in line each time, too.

Bill Romanowski is gold today on First Take. I haven't been paying full attention (trying to work), but here are a few things he's said:

a) The Jets would be Super Bowl contenders if they had been starting Tebow the whole season.
b) Rich Gannon was as bad of a passer as Tebow before he joined up with Gruden in Oakland.
c) Peyton Manning is subconsciously letting the Broncos fall behind early in games on purpose so that he can show how good he is when he brings them back for the win. It parallels his comeback from injury. Once he admits to himself he is "back" from his injury, he won't let the team fall behind anymore. Romanowski ran this theory by a psychologist who thought it was brilliant.

Stephen A. looks like he wants to die listening to all this. So many .gifable moments. On the Manning theory, he said, "How do you know what's going on in Peyton Manning's brain when he doesn't?"

Romanowski is a crazy mother****er. I can easily see him pulling a Chris Benoit

For those of you who don't listen to sports radio and haven't heard much Romanowski before (he goes on Rome a lot and used to go on Tony Bruno show), he is basically Chael Sonnen as far as the stuff he is saying being hilarious and off the wall, except he is dead serious.

Also, he is brutally honest and unfiltered and it is actually disturbing listening him talk about how he psyched himself up for gameday, and how much he hated the players he was playing against, and how much he wanted to hurt them.

Was Romanowski drunk?
