His athleticism is through the roof. He's stout at the point of impact and moves like a guy 30 pounds lighter when in coverage. So he clearly has a very high ceiling. IMO, Willis was the better LB in college and didn't get picked top 5. I don't think Jack should either.
Jalen Ramsey is the best defensive player in the draft, but I think bolded answers your question. Guys with superlative athleticism are always prized by the NFL.
With the change in the rookie pay scale, I don't think "top 5 money" is really a thing to be concerned about anymore.
