It's cool not to watch it. Wasn't my cup of tea either. Subject matter is just heavy and stressful and I don't find enjoyment out of increasing either one of those in my life currently. Not sure why the thread is ripping into you for not enjoying it. Different people enjoy different things.

Speaking os brutal subject matter When They See Us is also pretty good, but hard to watch. Not Chernobyl-good, but still good.

So I've been doing the unthinkable, and rewatching The Office. I stopped cold turkey at the beginning of season 7 or so, and in the years since I sorta rewrote the narrative that season 1 was a feeling out process, s2/3/4 were goat, then it slid downhill fast.

But upon rewatching, thats just not true. 5 and 6 made me laugh a LOT. It was just a very very very great show for a long block.

The episodes leading up to Michael leaving were weak - very few laughs, trying to play more on the emotion of it - and its probably easy to pinpoint will ferrell as the moment the show started to suck (he sucked) but as I'm pulling through season 8, it makes a little bit of a comeback. I'm glad I'm finally watching the show to completion because I gave on it.

Is s8 super funny? No. Is it watchable? Absolutely. People told me the show ends well, too, so I'm looking forward to that

who is watching Euphoria? Seems good through 3 eps, but it kinda ****s with me after watching it. Maybe it's thinking about my kids being in situations like that in 5-6 years, idk.

Finished Dark S2. Wasnt as into it as I was S1 but finished up nicely. I'm glad s3 is the def ending of the series. Leaves my optimistic for a strong, logical finish

I'm into it a lot but yeah it def makes me feel real grimy after watching. kind of think it will get cancelled though not that i have seen any numbers but seems like it would have a tough target audience problem and i can't imagine many older people watching it or continuing it after seeing a couple of those episodes. i couldn't decide if i liked the actors or not after the first couple episodes but ive decided i think they are mostly pretty fantastic even tho it gets a little campy

s1 was one of my favorite seasons of any show ever but i'm struggling to care much in s2 and haven't finished it. 2 eps left maybe it will wrap up well. pretty disappointed but i was kind of expecting this with the time travel ****. i slogged through the last few seasons of lost and literally watched every episode until the finale when i just said **** it i could not care less how they end it and still have never seen it
