Absolutely best episode this season, likely best episode including last season, if you go back further it's not the best but at least this was HIGHLY ENJOYABLE as a viewer. Pleasantly surprised.

I thought the episode had just as bad of writing as the previous, and no pretty explosions. Varys and Tyrion the lone bright spot.

Yeah, this felt like GoT that I remember loving in the first few seasons. Maybe it pays to know that #consequences are coming immediately for some of these poor decisions.

What are the odds that Cersei and Jaime die in each others' arms? Like -500?

I think the absolute most lock characters to die at this point are Dany and Jaime, even more than Cersei.

Soulread is Dany goes mad, but will die heroically for Jon and prove she was a worthy ruler, and Jaime will sacrifice himself to save Cersei.

That episode was absolutely horrific. Apparently being on a Dragon at 500 ft on a clear day means you have no line of site against an entire fleet. Budget jack sparrow (with his latest GOTCHA SNEAK ATTACK) is able to take out a dragon from 1 mile away with 3 perfect shots but then miss the next 50 from a fraction of the distance.

Why didn't Dany just fly behind the fleet and torch them all? Or why didn't she have scouting ships?

Budget jack does more damage than the NK and for some reason Dany then takes her remaining few soldiers to the walls of KL within range of all the ballista's that just wiped her Dragon/Fleet out.

Are we supposed to think that Cersei wouldn't just order them to execute them all immediately.

Entire show is just sad now.

Think you missed when he told everyone hes been around the world and is the finest captain of the seven seas.

DANY made the classic mistake of taking a yuge lead and playing not to lose instead of playing to win

And then proceeds to:

1. Lose Highgarden
2. Lose Yara and the milf
3. Blow a 3 dragon to none lead
4. Gets the entire Dothraki army thanos snapped
5. Gets Missandei killed and Gray Worm tbd
6. Lose her claim to the only person in this show stupider than her

Honestly I’ll be sick to my stomach if she lives much less wins

And wtf at negotiating with Bronn?? The second he walked out Jamie should have run to the door and bolted it shut and been like “all right let’s get our boys up and go get his ass” instead they’re negotiating with him when his only leverage, which now vanished, was that he was pointing a ****ing CROSSBOW at them?? And he’s even telling them straight up he’s playing them against cersei for the best offer. Just kill him the second he walks away!
