Finished my rewatch of season 6 before next Sunday. Thought it was one of the weaker seasons watching real time, but it was much better than I remembered. Jon Snow vs Ramsey battle is GOATish

They did do some damn good battles. Battle of the Bastards and especially the Hardhome battle with the head white walker giving Jon **** at the end, "Want some more?"

yeah i'm about to finish S6 rewatch. it is just inexplicable how stupid he is. charging out to rickon is pretty god damn dumb, but then charging a 6000 man army by yourself cuz you're mad is level infinity.

Game of Thrones plays pretty fast and loose with their casting. I don't remember a popular show recasting so many fairly prominent parts. The Mountains switched almost every season, Daario, the tree guy etc. The best though is the part where Robb has two Lannister boys as prisoners and that old bannerman of his sneaks in there are kills them for vengeance. One of them is Tommen! I mean, come on GoT.

The mountains didn't really bother me that much. Nor did the Tommen one. The Dario one was horrible tho. The first guy seemed clownish and the second guy is a good actor but first guys clownishness was more entertaining.

I don't get Twin Peaks. A couple of my friends are really into the new one, and I don't know why because it seems like lukewarm ass and we're all slightly too young to have gotten into the original when it came out.
