Also I was bored and started Scorpion the other day. It's pretty ridiculous/unrealistic and the lead character annoys me and the asian chick speaks funny and walks funny but I am strangely entertained (bunch of geniuses doing ridiculous stuff kind of Leverage style). It's also mostly a one episode closed arc thing so kind of easy to watch on the side brain off. Guess I'll finish the season.

Yea this makes total sense.

I'm thinking now it was some sort of sacrifice that Jaqen is making on behalf of Arya because she is "chosen" or something by the many-faced-god.

Maybe going through all of her training and then immediately breaking the mold was part of the real test or whatever.

Now I'm hearing people speculating that Jaqen was dressed up as Arya and other out there theories involving the faceless men. A lot of people seem to think that putting on a fake face also completely changes your body and size. I don't know, is that how it works? Arya is what, 4'11"? Say Jaqen is about 6', so unless there is some magical body transformation Manute Bol Arya isn't fooling anyone.

if arya wasn't arya they wouldn't have had the scene afterward where she's scared to death of every random person being a faceless man, come on guys. She was careless and dumb because she's a stark and that's in their blood. She will be saved by the acting group then sail to westeros.

I think there is still one more twist before we likely leave jaqen/the waif forever. Not sure what that will be, I still think Arya gets her but it was a scene for shock value more than anything clever.

I'm curious how the Lannisters vs Blackfish shapes up because the Lannisters seem to have much less influence. Does anyone know if 8,000 men is a substantial amount of their forces?

Dany bought 8,000 Unsullied. Khal Drogo had the biggest khal of around 40,000 I think but now Dany has all the khals. The Renly/Tyrell army was 100,000.

the Tullys are way out numbered but they are sitting in a castle.

The "good guys" have been on more of a roll lately but that stuff needs to happen for the story to ebb and flow.

Should've had Jon's death in ep 1 of this season, would've been a much bigger mind**** and people wouldn't have an entire off-season to convince themselves he was coming back.
