Hey nath, you don't watch Hannibal, so lose the ****ing wannabe TV connoisseur King complex you got going on and stfu.

Other than that, I agree with most of the things you've said on this page.

See, you missed my point. I'm happy to talk about True Detective with anyone in good faith. (So no, 72, I don't hate you.) But I don't feel like defending or justifying it anymore, because enough people DID get it that I don't feel like it not working for someone is necessarily a failure on the show's part. (Especially regarding the kind of complaints I described, which stem from people just wanting a different show- it's like saying Seinfeld sucked because Jerry and Elaine didn't get together in the end.) And some of those people did a better job analyzing, defending, and writing about the show than I ever will, so I don't see a reason to repeat things they said, only worse. (Read the weekly reviews at Paste or the Daily Beast for good examples of such.)

If you want to ignore me because I haven't watched Hannibal yet, that's your prerogative. But "complex"? Please, this whole thing started because I answered a question (and accurately, at that, unless you think my bias necessarily makes anything I have to say about TD untrue).

Finished HIMYM...crappy ending was pretty much expected. Show just dragged on way too long.
Edit: Lol HIMYM alternate version removed by 20th Century Fox. Can I find it somewhere else?

TD: I like the show because the acting is superb. I think the writing is ok but not great.

So happy that my HBO On Demand finally has every GoT episode available, it's nice to be able to start from the beginning. It's also nice to finally figure out what 1/10th of the avatars on this site actually mean.

So Hannibal is the best show on TV right now.

Last week was its best ever so having an episode equal or better to it makes it an elite show.

So GOT has to GOT for it to be the best show.

Which it will probably do cause it always seems to does.

Everyone should still get caught up on Hannibal.

Almost done w/ S1 of HOC

Spoiler:
Why the **** did Frank have to kill Rousso? Completely unbelievable. Very silly.

Basically, lol @ this show.

If you didn't like S1, stay away from S2. S1 is a paragon of logic by comparison.

I agree with that advice, but maybe just watch the first episode of S2, it's pretty representative of what S2 is shooting for.

also imo it's hard to believe there are still seven episodes left in S2 Hannibal, felt like yesterday's was the ANTEPENULTIMATE, but nope.

thrones thrones thrones

TV shows with a second season better than the first usually end up being great shows (or as good if it starts off great).

Agree with Banshee. Probably my favourite thing on TV right now.

Everyone should be watching Review if they aren't already.

cool, never heard of Review, but that was the most difficult mfing show to google ever, only way it would be harder is if the title were Show.

At least you weren't looking for reviews of Review (which I did try once). Try "Review with Forrest MacNeil" or "Review" and "Andrew Daly" if that doesn't work. Anyway, it's hilarious, dark, and deeper than it appears at first glance.
