Tough one. I think top 3 are obv. Soprano/Stinger/Nucky all have the 'it's just business' mindset but Stringer and Nucky have done more unnecessary **** I think.
Note - i've only seen like seasons 1-2 of the Sopranos.
Swearengen is evil, man. I don't think he ever did anything that wasn't in his best interests.. no charity, no empathy.
But then you have the black hole of morality that is Walter White. Dude is Swearengen with more intellect, ruthlessness, opportunity, and ability to manipulate. And he's on the clock. He has done so much evil **** in like 2 years? it's ridiculous. I don't think it's even close.
