yeah, this aspect of the show has aged especially poorly. watched a bunch of Friends reruns in middle school/high school, find it hard to get through an episode now.

Not really feeling any discussion that compares Lost to shows that don't suck, unless it is to LOLOST.

Drama shows I still have Wire #1. Breaking Bad has a very high cool factor, but the range of characters isn't as good. Plus BB is about a guy's journey, where The Wire is more about cultures and a lot of journeys set in a realistic context. The villains aren't just a few bad characters but also the environment itself.

If they finish up these last 6 shows on a sick run maybe they close the gap. I don't know. There's ways to screw itself out of contention too.

Dexter's gigantic drop-off is after S4. S3 was okay and S4 was great. Since S4 it has been garbage

BB S1 and S2 are great

oh and LOST sucks due to final few seasons

In the middle of a wire rewatch right now. The final 2 episodes of season 3 may be the greatest television ever made.

What, no one watches Justified? Pretty awesome show IMO.

The last two episodes of BBS3 are also possibly the greatest TV ever.

Justified is great. Also an appropriate time to pour one out for Elmore Leonard.

Currently half way through the final season of the Shield, think i'd only put it behind Game Of Thrones as my favorite show after 1 watch. Only 1 complaint though

Ya I gotz go. Thanks forgot it wire was HBO. Glad I got Comcast premium. it may be 200 bucks a month but I have every single channel they offer the fastest internet can call anywhere nationwide Canada and Mexico. sometimes I think it's expensive but times like these make it worth it. I was breaking up these services cost about the same and I was paying 3 different people instead of one. Also got 0 premium channels as opposed to every premium channel they offer and every other channel..

HBO have always been real sticklers when it comes to letting people use their stuff they never sell to Netflix Hulu or anything like that it's basically a subscription or gtfo. But that being said they're still ways around it im just glad I have the first line.


my folks and friends don't understand that have you pay $200 for cable even after I break it all down for him they still think it's like expensive...

meanwhile they're paying the same exact amount getting less benefits and paying three different companies. Lol
