If LF isn't lying it's pretty terrible writing. Kinda bad that Sansa would believe him but at least that can be attributed to lolstark I guess.

Also it seems pretty likely that Greytrump was the one who burned Dany's ships. The scene where he offers her the ships if she married him and she kills him and takes the ships is gonna be pretty cringe worthy as per yushe with Dany.

The Vale presumably has a large army that isn't beaten to **** due to not being involved at all up to this point, even if you hate LF (and yeah granted she has reason to hate LF) you've gotta take him up on that offer of assistance. Deal with LF after the dust settles and the battle is won.

this show plays very fast and loose with time / travel (for instance LF making it from the Eyrie to Moles Town so fast), but Euron being in Meeren to burn the boats and then back in Pyke is too much to believe.

yeah, they still seem in need of serious help of some kind. a teenage girl isn't gonna just carry Bran's sled all the way to Castle Black. more importantly a horde of zombies is right behind them and they are in a blizzard

I *hope* the show picks this scene up where they left off and doesn't just transport Bran and Meera to some safe spot, even temporarily. something tells me we'll find them somewhere relatively safe though

I thought Yara's speech was pretty lame.

At least Euron had a plan that was different and novel. Not sure how much credit we should give the average Iron Islander, but if they knew that Dany was sitting over there with the biggest army in the world and a huge desire to come back to Westoros but with zero ships to get them to Westeros then Euron's plan would have sounded been much, much better.

I think the biggest leap of logic in the Iron Islands scene was that this really poor area had an abundance of high quality wood waiting to be cut down to be build a 1,000 ship fleet

(in this time period that would have been a really valuable natural resource yet the Iron Islanders are always portrayed as lacking in resources)
