Separate Commonwealth Games thread ?

Would it be possible to move these to a separate area? I don't see how the Commonwealth Games can reasonably be assumed to be part of the Olympics.
This year with European Athletics, Swimming, Cycling, Rowing, Golf combining under a Championships banner, maybe this forum will be a better place.
It’s not like The Commonwealth Games, or European Championships events are clashing with The Olympics. Or do you think we should not use this forum until Tokyo?
Of course if you want we could come back on October for Buenos Aires 2018, the IOC Youth Games.
Or Minsk 2019 the EOC/IOC European Games.
