got my brother that same ocarina for christmas 2 years ago. He's a world class bagpiper, so he pretty seamlessly picked up the ocarina and can actually play a few OoT ditties.

This is awesome. Truly musical people can be a treasure. I went rafting down southern Oregon a couple years ago with my dad and he picked up a guitar at a place we stayed at on the river, tuned it up and launched into "If I Only Had A Brain" from Wizard of OZ which is a very complex song if you've ever tried to play guitar. People just gathered 'round and enjoyed, appreciated the skill. God I love my pops.

I vote for not banning CDL but posting about your gifts with no pictures is really walking the line.

The highlight is definitely the Atlanta United scarf which is sick and will be worn/brought to games in the future. Also 2 nice whisky glasses which can always be used. Additionally I got a poster diagramming the Laettner shot vs. Kentucky.

All of this arrived with the single troll book titled “A Diamond for a Duke” which will surely be a riveting read for someone but not me. I figured that I got away pretty easily until the framed picture of Tyler Hansbrough celebrating a national title (that should be rescinded) with a net around his neck arrived several days later.

I just got an email from my landlords describing a "rather hefty package waiting for you" and I guess it has the red label "HEAVY" on it. So I'll be home in like 2 hours and figure out whatever nastiness that is.
