actually i'm not sure if all of new england got rid of their no booze sales on sunday laws. I just know MA did. No idea about the rest. CT might still have it.

And of course, in MA at least, you still can't buy beer at grocery stores.

actually grocery stores can sell booze, but only 3 per corporation (with a max of 2 in any 1 city). it's basically an anti-chain law / protects the smaller places.

the Shaws at the Pru sells beer and wine, the Whole Foods on River St in Cambridge sells beer/wine, the Johnnies Foodmaster in Inman Square (!!) sells beer/wine, etc
