Is it odd? Nation of 300 million people and we're down to Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton heads up for President.

Her speech was pretty good. She's simply never going to be a charismatic speaker but the content was quality.

It's odd how HE thinks that, based on what he says

If you record every instant of someone's mannerisms you will find some funny stuff.

It's just funny to outsiders because your elections are essentially a reality show where the same people (middle to lower class Americans) lose because reasons.

How many campaign promises has any president ever kept? Remember when Obama closed Gitmo? Yeah me neither.
Yeah, presidential elections don't matter to the 4500 soldiers who died needlessly in a war based on lies or to their friends and families.

They don't matter to the roughly 170000 same-sex people that now have the legal protections of marriage for their relationships.

They don't matter to the 20 million Americans who have health insurance now through an exchange or the Medicaid expansion.

Pence by far the biggest blunder Trump has made. Legitmately would have been better off with Sara Palin.

For the "Yeah, but a Trump could be anything, he could even be a boat!" crowd, if Trump is elected, he's a virtual lock to be elected with Republican majorities in both the Senate and the House. Do you think he would take the reins and work to override the stated platform of the Republican party and guide Congress on his own, magical mystery agenda that will Make America Great Again, or is he more likely to just rubber stamp the standard Republican agenda that will be passed?

Bear in mind that this is the ostensible leader who hardly bothered to contribute to even writing the Republican platform.

ya i don't understand how the offer to make kasich the "most powerful VP in history" was just dismissed out of hand as a rumor. drumpf has shown no interest whatsoever in the acutal substantive responsibilities involved with leading the country and only seems to have interest in the prestige and allure the position comes with

I think it'll be a lot like Obama taking away everyone's guns. On year 7.5; "Any ****ing day now, he's gonna make his move on the only thing he really cares about..."

1) bc it was a rumor
2) bc this rumor came from the Kasich camp, who is a massive Trump hater
3) bc even it was true - how do you think VP pitches normally go? "hey come join my team and be a useless nobody"?
