Dems already won. winning allows them to keep money from the people bc they absolutely do not want to help people.

there are 2 reasons for this.

1)Desperate people are easier to exploit by the rich
2)They absolutely cannot let people realize how easy and beneficial without any downside it is to just give people money

Targeting is dumb. If you absolutely HAVE to restrict benefits for some reason, give it out then tax it later where it will be less of an issue, but setting limits up front on tax returns from two years ago is beyond dumb.

as a self-proclaimed student of history, you really getting the sense they've thought anything through these last 50 years or so? we're currently hurtling towards bolivian with reckless abandon, it's all about making the most of the remaining years now

they dont want to kill the poor intentionally. its just that they dont care if the poor die. and a certain amount of poor dying is inevitable when you keep people at the required subsistence level for profiting the most off them.
