Agree with this, except for the AOC part.
And that's where the moderates lose me. Take the Kentucky Senate dem primaries coming up--right now Amy McGrath is polling slightly ahead of Moscow Mitch, and AOC/Bernie have recently come out and endorsed
Charles Booker in the race, and others are endorsing
Mike Broihier, both of which are far left of McGrath.
My answer to that is.... so what? If they can win the primary then they can beat Mitch, imo. I know this is a special case where a victory almost counts as two, but finding a better candidate than McGrath shouldn't be seen as a bad thing.
