I can't see Biden refusing to campaign in battleground states like Hillary did and spending all his time in CA, but anything is possible. Hopefully he goes and tells a coal miner to meet him out back for a push up contest or something and locks of PA early so we can all go home.

Stimulus check question; I went and pushed a button for my money yesterday and for some reason they deposited me 2x the payment. I was widowed last year, but marked everything as “single” for this form as I figured “it’s just me”. I’m wondering if this is supposed to apply to last year or if the IRS will at some point want the money back, like they got a wire crossed. Anybody know which is the case I can’t find it referenced? Is finders keepers the law of the land here?

I recently looked into this. Corrections will only be made in the taxpayer's favor. For example, if I have a kid this year, I will get a $500 tax credit when I file next year.

Any extra money that gets distributed won't be clawed back.
