Well you aren't wrong, but if you have to eat a **** sandwich or a **** sandwich with some chips, get the one with some good stuff on the side.

Besides, it's not like fascism is going to go away if we just give it some more power. At least with Biden, we'll have a better judiciary going forward in case we do decide to un**** ourselves anytime in the next 25 years.

Cool, but real change just lost the election, so your choices are sit and cry about it or vote for the guy who's going to get you some but not all of what you want. The nonsense comparing Biden and Trump is just **** you say in an echo chamber to get applause from other like minded people, it has no basis in reality.

Bernie is obviously the better candidate than Biden, but he lost. Both are miles ahead of Trump so get over it and vote for the guy that's, at the very least, going to undo some of the damage.

Seth Meyers pointed out how Trump says things about his opponents, which are actually true about himself as well. "Biden is senile", "Hillary is crooked", both of these are obviously accurate and ring true for Trump. yayyy let's root for president Pence or Kamala 2021.

I agree I do not want 2+ SCOTUS judges and 100+ Federal judges pushed through by Trump. I still am not taking more than 150 cals of cashews and 12oz of water to the poll.

out of 331+ million people, compared to what it was pre-obama? and what it will likely decline to under expanded ocare?

yes.

I'm pretty happy with that progress

I’m sure I’ll get crushed for this and I say this knowing full well there are other things on a primary ballot but given how insurmountable the lead is at this point does Bernie have a societal obligation to suspend the campaign?

I’m also a little concerned that same logic may lay the groundwork for a depressed or no general election at all

Edit: referring to coronavirus and mass turnouts

Bernie has a 1v1 debate with Biden this weekend I think. That's his last chance to turn things around. If he can't start winning states in the next week after that debate then it's time to drop out and start going hard at Trump.

There's also a chance Biden gets covid-19 and maybe has to drop for medical reasons so maybe Bernie stays in and piles up as many delegates as he can just in case.

Or he could realize that he would need large blowouts to overcome Biden's lead and drop out before having to drag the person he will eventually support through the mud.

Biden is Trump

You really underestimate how someone could come to that conclusion, if you think it's an immature opinion

It just shows you still haven't learned what life was actually like for the most vulnerable people before Trump came along (hint: exactly the same) even when Obama was in office, and that you're not capable of analyzing Biden's right wing, antiblack, antiwoman career. You somehow think he's not going to nominate someone for SCOTUS that would write different opinions than who Trump would nominate, and you seriously think he won't cut social security and Medicaid, while continuing to usher in Obamacare's death spiral with """"""""technocratic""""""" adjustments

You're not living in reality. You're living in a pollyanna bubble

Re: the bolded: That's a pointless derail. Bernie couldn't have fixed anything for them either. He couldn't have operated exclusively by fiat so the argument that "Bernie's platform is better than Biden's for the poorest in society" is true, but only on paper.

If my choice is between Kagan and Sotomayor or Gorsuch and Kavanaugh to replace RBG and Breyer, I'll take the former two. I feel like their opinions would differ from those of the latter two, but I'll admit I'm not super up on my SCOTUS blog.

thats exactly what Biden and the Dems are running on. bc thats what they want. they want the people to feel that way. bc then, win or lose, the Dems maintain their power. its either the power of the office, or the power of being the #resistance that makes a show of ripping up paper while voting for everything Trump wants.
