At this particular place, Viability threshold is 13 voters. Bernie gets 32 votes, Pete gets 15 votes, no one else hits 13. As they reorganize, Biden gains enough to get over the line, and even gets some extra voters, so his organizer sends a few of his voters to Amy and Warren's camps. In the end, All five clear the 13 vote line but Bernie wins by 20%.

There are 5 delegates available from this locations, guess how they're split? Yep, everyone gets 1. Thanks for playing.
