Meh, Pete blew his whole load on winning Iowa. He built his entire show on being the new guy and having a huge, surprise showing early. He absolutely HAS to have this. Pete's still got no minority support and very limited support in the south. He's got very little shot to win the primary unless something drastically shifts.

Agreed on Pete's fate, but he's built on being a really impressive individual with a lot of wonky support. Just too much of an egghead.

He's a carefully curated batch of experiences and messages who stands for absolutely nothing & has openly & publicly sold himself to the highest bidders. I hate Pete more than anyone else in this race ainec

Love that they're calling matching vote totals to attendance counts "Quality Control". I can't see any chance that dipshits on the internet are going to use that as "proof" that the system is RIIIIIGGGGGGEEEDDDD if their guy/gal doesn't get as many votes as they want.

4-6 legit candidates with 3 different vote counts to publish is going to be a mess. They were having issues with their app earlier today so it's probably still going on knowing how well large organizations handle and adapt to issues with technology.

He wanted to be the "gain recognition" candidate from this election anyway. If they lose this time again he set himself up great for 2024, as much as I despise him. Biden, Bernie and Warren ain't running again next time.

Imagine having faith in the DNC just changing rules at 1030 2.5 hrs into a caucus.

There's no reason for you to carry their water .

The obvious answer is that I'm a secret Russian bot.

"Never put down to malice that which can more easily be explained by incompetence"

If it was Trump saying dumb **** like "Obama was born in Kenya" or "They're bugging my orange juice" or whatever, we'd rightly laugh at his baseless speculating. It's just as stupid when you do it. If you want to assert there's a wild conspiracy to rig the election, the burden of proof is on you. Saying "Isn't it obvious" doesn't count as proof.

Another example of Hanlon's Razor, Pricinct 80:

Bernie gets 101 votes, Pete gets 66. Both get 4 delegates after a coin flip.

It's not riggage, it's just stupid ****ing rules:

Bernie got 60.4% of the vote, Pete got 39.5%

There were 8 total delegates at that location. 60.4% of 8 is 4.83, 39.5% is 3.16

Rather than round, they give Bernie 4, Pete 3 and flip a coin for the remaining 1

If I'm Biden or Amy's campaign manager I'm getting my candidate on that ****ing stage so damn fast. They'd dominate the air, they can make fun of the shitshow, thank everyone and get on the plane and the **** outta dodge.

Not doing this when you know you've probably had a bad night is such a massive failure.

Aaaaaaaand Amy takes the stage. Damn I'm good at this. LOLBiden's campaign forever and always.

(Unless rural counties go like crazy nuts for Joe and he finishes 3rd or something, in which case I withdraw my objection, but still lolJoe because duh).

This seems bad for Bernie and Pete as neither get to make big success speeches, and great for Biden who gets to totally avoid immediacy of the embarassment of his Iowa failure

How confident are we that these results are going to be in any way credible or accurate?

LOL DNC, forever and always

What a bad omen for the rest of 2020

100% except he's tied with Biden for me in terms of "I'd be relieved if he died"

Very. They're going to get it right, it's just going to take until tomorrow. Imagine your great-grandmother trying to use an android phone.
