The dog is ten. Chemo for dogs is not like chemo for humans. The focus on dogs is quality of life and if she makes it two years that will be a massive success while human chemo goes hard hoping to get a long term survival which can be many decades if things work out.
The dog is about six weeks into chemo and about two months since she had the tumor and some intestine removed. Her latest tests have the vet saying she's in remission and she's been a happy, playful dog ever since the surgery. Most dogs tolerate the chemo quite well and that's by design.
The dog probably has another 12-15 months of being a happy, good doggo and then a month or so of fast decline when she'll need to sleep. Lymphoma in dogs doesn't get cured permanently from the little i looked into it.
