Family of Stephon Clark pays for a private autopsy. Reveals he was shot in the side once and the back 7 times and bled to death over the next 35 minutes. Basically, all things that are directly contradictory to the police statements. They lied, as usual, and the DA, who as is normal gets lots of campaign funding from the police, won’t press charges.

That it’s not 100% mandatory for special prosecutors for all cases of police shootings is incredible.

The whole police situation is such a mess. The people who should police the police, the gun hoarders claiming to be afraid of government tyranny, are the same people who bow down to them. So all the people with the guns are on the same side which is killing innocent people.

I could be way off here but don't we already see this in the disparity between men and women. Men tend to be way more successful at killing themselves because they more often opt for guns and not pills, etc. that have higher survival rates.

Seems like fewer guns would mean more survivors who are less likely to try again.

He is the huge favorite to win again if he isn’t in jail before the election. Meanwhile, the literal fascist neo Nazi candidate is sabre rattling and the lead general of the military went to Twitter yesterday to threaten a coup if Lula doesn’t go to jail. It is expected to come down to one swing voter who was appointed by Lula.
