I've been vaguely paying attention to Betfair's market for "Trump To Leave Before End of 1st Term" and it's been hovering around evens but with "No" being a very slight favourite. It also seemed to be very slowly drifting towards "Yes" but has recently jumped back to being almost exactly evens, with "Yes" now being a very slight favourite (I'm guessing the Manafort news is what caused this shift).

Yeah I don't think there's any reasonable argument to be made that Trump is better than Pence.

Pence is just like 1000x less likely to get in a twitter fight that ends with him nuking Beijing.

Because on a per capita basis it's the other way around by a significant margin

and

The "Christians" are mostly only nominally religious and are not killing people in the name of their god
