Yeah I mean I agree, it's probably not wise to scream about this or anything until it happens. On the other hand, floating and leaking ideas (while a pretty standard maneuver for a WH administration) seems like something above and beyond the capability of these idiots. They are in the ridiculous limbo of both requiring validation from the public at all times while also flatly ignoring the public sentiment at all times. I'd lean towards it happening and being horrific at this point.

1. world domination or bust is the end game. A world full of dictators. They already have planned WWIII out (naturally axis of evil already russia/usa/uk vs good guys germany/japan) Merkel has to get her **** together with china and every democratic country left has to unite ASAP (they don't know they do, but they needed to it weeks ago already) and just declare war first if they have to--the longer they wait after trump clearly has control the more they're likely they are to lose. muslims/china are the good guys vs america now. What a world.
2. within a year, they will have full control of gov't or won't have any. Every game they play is all or nothing.
3. no, putin only needed 1 yr to kill opposing media (public shifts to their views if it's the only thing on the air) and 3 to kill electoral college. The goal is to destroy the system so they can't lose. It's a tougher country to beat sure but they've done this all before.
4. resistance is probably not gonna be 2-4 years, they're rabid dogs attack every day, people get tired and give up or they'll deport/prison/shoot all of them, they dgaf.
5. Stuff like no jews mentioned or muslims ban during holocaust day has been intentional but sometimes trump shoots off from watching fox news or somehow gets a hold of the pen from the locked drawer on bannon's lunch break.

Lost in the shuffle but Trump's EPA head said that we're pulling out of the Paris agreement.

Every one of you who is troubled by what is happening needs to be reaching out in your own personal networks to find out who is plugged into efforts to effectuate resistance and change. There is so much you can do but it demands your time and energy and sweat. It really does, that's what I'm learning lately.

I'm a liberal lawyer in a liberal town and it's still hard to figure out how to actually be useful. It's hard to be useful. It's hard to find people who want to be effective, who want to work hard. If you care about these things enough to burn hours on two plus two - and obviously I do too, that's not a shot at anyone - then you have both the energy AND the time to go make change. That's far more valuable than some skillset or resume item that makes you "qualified" to help. Qualified to help is a lark. Get out and do good.

The nonprofit is going to take forever to get up and running effectively, so that means I still have more time. That means I'm gonna give that time to other groups doing the things that need to be done. That doesn't mean lawyering. That might mean buying granola bars for people who are out there doing something "more important" than that.

It might be as simple as what my girlfriend has begun doing, which I'm now doing too because it's a great idea. Go to the store. Buy ziplock bags. Put some bottles of water and some granola bars and trail mix and a banana and orange or two, some toothpaste and a toothbrush, a bar of soap, some tissues, and some lotion in the bags. Keep them in your car.

Go buy some flannel or fleece or yarn or whatever else blankets. Cheap ones. Wrap all that stuff up.

When you see a homeless person, do them the dignity of walking up to them and saying "I'm [name], and I hope this is helpful to you." Give it to them. Not expensive, doesn't have any particular political message. But it's good.

Get out there and do something good. Otherwise we're just sitting here complicit in the collapse of a country we all, at some point, respected and loved. There is no greater cowardice, no more shameful apathy, than the able choosing not to resist and not to help the less able.

Do not allow democracy or civil rights to perish easily. Not when you can easily begin to fight for them, and with great effort accomplish great things.

If you go after them with tough questions they'll just use that as evidence that the media is rigged and unfair. Just stop putting them on the air.

Everyone who knew anything about him knew that Bannon was THE WORST, now it sounds like he's running hog wild.
