Meanwhile, six in 10 Canadians still approved (13 per cent strongly and 49 per cent somewhat) of “the performance of the Liberal Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau,” which is down only three points since October. Four in 10 disapproved of the government’s performance under Trudeau’s leadership.
These are numbers a USA#1 politician would love right now but his 13% strongly approve rating has to be worrisome since the others could turn on him pretty fast.

Rat hates Trudeau as much or more than Trump. But I'll let him tell you why.

A small beacon of hope:

Quote:
But on Friday the judges refused to delay democracy any longer.

In a decision that was hailed as a significant victory for democracy in Wisconsin and nationally, the federal panel enjoined Wisconsin officials from using existing maps in “all future elections.” At the same time, the judges ordered Walker and the state legislature to draw new legislative-district maps by November 1, 2017.

The new maps are to be used in November 2018, when Walker, the entire state assembly, and half of the state senate will be up for election.

ya Trudeau seems ok, but he just got started, so we'll see

having to work next to Drumpf probably won't help, unless he can successfully placate him, but i doubt it

the Fake News tabloids already going after Merkel apparently, i imagine they'll set their sights on Trudeau before our next election, in an effort to get Kevin O'Trump in
(who you might know as a jackass from the tv show Shark Tank)

Ban affects Britsh Members of Parliament. Going to assume it also affects CAN's immigration minister (a Somali Refugee).

Don't worry SRM, I know things look bleak now but I heard from Thayer and Tut that this is the step back we need so we can take 2 steps forward

So just hang in there a few more years

wouldnt count on the NDP saving canada either since they're currently having a leadership race and... not a single person is running

It should be noted that Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Sudan and Yemen do not accept people into their country with Israel passports. (Somalia I can not find the info on quick search)

So I fired up Minecraft for the first time in a long while and created a new world with the seed "Donald J Trump". I spawned on a cliff overlooking an enormous swamp. Then I made a game with the seed "Hillary Rodham Clinton" and I spawned at the edge of a forest with herds of ponies everywhere I looked in the plains.

the point is to hold the moral high ground and do what is right

saying "well they are doing it too" is missing the point completely

There are some NBA players from the countries covered by the ban. They probably shouldn't travel to Toronto for games. Luol Deng is Sudanese, for one.
