Some googleing makes me think there is enough publicly available info to do a homemade ROI on the wall. The tricky/PITA part is land valuation. Also, seems really tricky to guess pure-construction cost. But man $12B seems impossibly low....that's only like 10 NFL stadiums.

Cost is more likely to be 50 bil than 12.
And maintenance is going to be a continuing drain on resources. Wall is massive LOL

Predevlopment and legal fees for eminent domain suits would be astronomical. Whatever figure is being thrown out for actual construction and maintenence is probably 20% of the actual cost.

I'd be very open to betting on Hilldawg not running and for sure willing to bet she doesn't get the 2020 nomination. You down?

At least the Bushes and Hillary had the good sense to trade on their last names with lower level positions before going for president. Electing Michelle would just be the same sort of name recognition stuff that brought us Trump, just from the left
