I mean, more importantly than that, he knows how to win at high-stakes games rife with cheating and corruption. When there are no repercussions for cheating, you don't beat cheaters by doubling down on kindness and following The Official Rules Guide. I'm not saying Saban is some well-versed Beltway mastermind, but I'm pretty sure he knows you don't bring back the filibuster. These current Dems totally will, though.
