Board has approved a change.
The season that starts in September, 2020 will have a 10th starting roster spot added which will be a QWT spot.* Going forward after that each team will keep 10 players instead of 9.* In order to fairly integrate this change, no team will be allowed to keep 2 QBs in the 2020 offseason.*
Teams can keep as many QBs as they want in the 2019 offseason.*
This allows for QB's to be fairly acquired in the 2020 draft along with rookies and nonkeeper WRT's.* Teams would have the knowledge this would happen so they could plan accordingly in 2019 for that summer
There will be a coinciding change in scoring to QB that will be announced at a later date.

Passing: 0.04 points per yard, 5 points per TD, -2 points per INT, 2 points per 2pc
Rushing: 0.10 points per yard, 5.5 points per TD, 0.5 points per rushing first down, 2 points per 2pc
Receiving: 0.10 points per yard, 5 points per TD, 0.5 points per FDR, 0.5 ppr, 2 points per 2pc
Misc: -1 point per fumble, -1 point per fumble lost, 6 points per return TD, 6 points per offensive fumble rec td, 0.02 points per returning yard
Dynasty Rules
Prelimiary Auction: 14 teams, September 6th 2017
Keepers: Each team gets up to 9 keepers to be submitted at a date determined before the draft. Teams do not have to keep anyone if they do not wish. Teams who keep fewer than 9 will continue extra rounds of draft per Draft Order until all rosters are full.
Draft: All NFL Rookies and unkept players will go into draft pool each following September
Schedule: Each team will play each other once Weeks 1-13
Playoffs: 6 Teams, by record with points scored being tiebreakers, Weeks 14-16.
Buy-In: $200 per season
Payouts:
1st: $1500
2nd: $700
3rd: $400
4th: $200
Draft Order: This may look a little complicated at first but look through it and work it out and it makes a lot of sense. There will be 2 Consolation Brackets that will determine Draft Picks 1-4 and Draft Picks 5-8. In order to prevent tanking to try to get into the better bracket, these 8 teams will be seeded according to Total POSSIBLE Points Scored for the League. What this means is that for Weeks 1-13, we will be adding up the best possible starting lineup possible for each of these 8 teams. The 4 WORST teams will be in the bracket for picks 1-4. The 4 BEST teams will be in the bracket for 5-8. See the spreadsheet and follow along and make sure you understand this. It's not really important to strategy however as you should always be trying to acquire the best possible talent. See below Spreadsheet:
Trading: All trades will go through automatically. However any player has the right to petition a trade for veto. Once petitioned, the trade will go to a league vote. If 8 or more owners veto the trade, then it is vetoed. Players may veto for any reason they deem fit. There will be no guidelines as to what is a veto-worthy trade and they do not need to justify their veto. If you make a trade within 30 minutes of a game starting, you run the risk of it getting petitioned and being overturned while it gets voted on. In the event that happens the trade will not go through for that game so make last-minute lopsided traids at your own risk.
Owner Agreement: Given that this is a dynasty league and teams will make decisions based on the idea that this league will run for a long time, owners are not permitted to drop out of league for any reason without finding permanent replacement who agrees to same rules and is reputable. Other owners will retain right to vet and veto any replacement . If replacement does not inspire confidence in league to adhere to the responsibility, the loser quitter owner may be forced to find another replacement. If owner cannot find someone to takeover their team they may drop out by paying league $200 to allow us to find someone to takeover your crappy team for free. That person must agree that at the end of year one he will have to take over permanently or pay $200 so someome else can try again next year.
League Dissolution: In the event that multiple owners want to drop out, they can be freed of their obligation only on the condition of league dissolution. If at any time 8 owners agree to league dissolution than that will end the league and free everyone from their obligation.
League Control:
League President will be TUT and Fantasy Football will be made great again. There will be a vote for League President once every 20 years.
In addition to that, since this is AMERICA, we will have VOTES. Each offseason the league owners will also vote 4 other people as trustees. Any and all conflicts or issues will be voted on by the BOARD whose 5 votes will each count equally on resolution. CDL will not be eligible to be on the board of trustees at any point in time regardless of how many votes he has. A trustee can removed at any time via petition and support of 9 or more owners.
Appeals: If a league owner wants to APPEAL the decision of the BOARD they can put it up to a league vote. If 8+ owners vote against the board the decision will be APPEALED. Note: This can all be avoided by not voting in lol people as decision makers and also not being clueless jerkoffs as a general rule

Yahoo had system flaw where it blocks you from acquiring players via trade on a Monday for MNF because it thinks it's already the next week. These types of trades will be manually done by commish as long as no player involved were in an active lineup.
