It appears I need to watch Inferno, yes?

Had a great laugh at Candice needing to get stitched up afterwards, and they're just like "yeah **** it, let's turn the sirens on."

I'd say Inferno 2 > Inferno 1 but it is decent to check it out and see how much the show has changed over the years. Back then people came to the Challenge for different reasons. Even if you won the final, everyone only got like 30-40k each. It was more of a partying/vacation/keep your brand going thing. A lot of the missions don't really display athleticism or anything like that either.

Reality TV was still in it's infancy then and these people were able to make a lot more $ off the show doing appearances, etc. I think the ratings for the show were like 2-3x higher than they are now.

Dave Mirra also doesn't take it nearly as seriously as TEEJ.

Sorry been on Vacation. Things might get as little funky with power rankings going forward since half the people are going to lose a decent amount of points and half are gonna win. But we will see how it turns out.

ABE made his first appearance when road rules was still around. he was on the 2003 south pacific season. the CHALLENGES used to be real world vs road rules but obviously have evolved. there are a few STAPLES of the show (CT, bananas, WES, etc) and it's pretty fair to lump ABE in that category of old school STAPLES. guy is a vet who has had a fair amount of top CHALLENGE moments, many of which have already been poasted.

if there's anything to know about abe it's that he's legit bat **** insane. as you're aware most of the people who CHALLENGE are not very well adjusted and most register on the spectrum a little bit. you have jerkoffs like aneesa and lunatics like CT and everyone in between.

then there's abe. guy easily ranks first as most bat**** insane challenger OAT. pretty sure he is heavily medicated so he sits back sometimes but when he gets riled up he goes full PHB x infinity. CT is an uncontrollable beast but ABE belongs in a straitjacket. certifiably insane i'm quite certain.



when he's not CHALLENGING he lives in montana and writes childrens books or something of the likes. he has been on and off with cara maria for ~6 years and as she's briefly mentioned, they're still together which makes his joining all the more awesome. obv met on the CHALLENGE
