Priscilla has no reason not to do what she did, with only two rookie girls in the house. They're coming for her regardless, may as well throw a wrench in the game. What if it works?!

I think there’s 6 remaining rookies.

Boys: Ed, Emmanuel, Jeremiah
Girls: Emy, Priscella, Bettina

The veterans threatening the rookies was hilarious. If the rookies formed another rookie/rookie team, that would’ve meant 4 of the 6 remaining rookies were probably going into the next lair.

While Priscella made the right choice, the rookies screwed up not making it like 3 episodes earlier

There were only two vet/vet pairs: Josh and Ashley, and Kyle and Amber. Josh is probably less likely to be the house vote than Kyle (if it came down to it), and it has the added benefit of pissing off Ashley for threatening you (tv storylines do matter for getting reinvited).

What’s wild is that the Kyle and Amber vet/vet alliance has been alive since w1, and it took the rookies this long to realize they needed to stop forming rookie/rookie pairs.

Great call on the Cutthroat throw back (though they didn't actually mention it in show).

I thought that was an excellent episode and they really introduced elements that should improve the amount of strategy played in the game:
* the split into three teams
* everyone actually competing in the Daily Challenges
* letting the person voted in choose their opponent
* letting the person who wins the elimination choose their team

I also really enjoyed the attitudes of Priscilla and Ashley when they got voted into the elimination. The show's so much better when the Challengers aren't bitching about getting thrown in.

Agree much better episode, less bitching, less filler.

They really seem to be selling Amanda as the hero this season with the nurse/single mom angle. I'm ok with it if she wins, I've always thought she was kinda entertaining, and also hot.

He joined that team due to Ct being there vs the emerald team that on paper don't even look that great.

I’m guessing Devin told him not to join and that they can protect each other better this way? Otherwise, it makes no sense. From today’s daily challenge, having one less person (and in the Sapphire case, they’re now missing a guy) is a pretty clear disadvantage since they don’t evenly stack the teams.

Also, I’m not sure why Nelson is so mad at Kyle. Sure, Big T sucks, but I’d rather be on the team with 3 guys than 2.

2 best females, best strategist, Emanuel seems solid and he would have replaced the Goof to have 3 males on the team. It was an easy decision that he messed up especially if the next challenge benefits having an extra team member like the last one.
