just rewatched fresh meat 2(season wes and ev own the numbers early on and only real challenge to them is solo kenny)
i've read a few articles discussing this season and how it shows wes political game isn't as elite as others and I have mixed feelings on it after rewatching it.
Couple points.
1. Wes owns the house early on and through the mid game but it becomes pretty clear the team winning the challenges controls a large amount of power and his team isn't winning any challenges(perhaps another flaw in wes game)
2. Kenny has the best girl in the house Laurel as a partner and as a result their dominating challenges and gaining power back from wes over time.
My takeaway -
I don't see this as a political flaw of Wes but more a result of Kenny getting a random draw and drafting higher than Wes. If partners were reserved, Kenny goes home much earlier than Wes.
Yes, I think Wes made errors with his alliance by saving Jen/ryan over Landon/CJ/Danny but he couldn't stop Kenny from winning challenges. if anything this season shows how Wes's physical game isn't as elite as others not his political game.

Overall, decent season and to me shows how Landon physically is best male competitor in history of show.

ehh Kenny/Laurel was just gonna be too much for Wes/Mandy

Wes isn't 1 of the best physical competitors but he is pretty good all things considered, especially when on the sauce

The season Wes had a stronger girl in Theresa (weak girl cast season) and they sent Bananas home only for their to be an exile was a great season of political play for him.

ha, yeah i remember that season. Wes had leroy and rest of the house eating out of his hands only to get F'd by the exile.

all stars final is exactly the way it should be run not the nonsense the formats the modern seasons have been using lately

Last ep of all stars I watched was when Arissa (the anorexic looking girl) got eliminated

Worth watching after that? I just couldn't get into it

that was pretty cringe but the dailies, eliminations and half of the final thus far have been pretty solid now that some of the fat has been trimmed from competitors drawing dead who've been eliminated

My exact reaction as well. I gotta find out what Swaggy P's con is...I refuse to believe he's actually a "multi-millionaire" from trading and entrepreneurship

yeah I was wondering that as well, I saw on his twitter he teaches some trading academy hustle

But the reason he was there is because I think he paid for some VIP package for him and his brother to do all sorts of cool stuff at the UFC event. Dana even did a personalized video for them, gotta think a package like that costs a good 30-40k (penthouse suite and everything)

I was just walking by Millennium Park in Chicago and saw Johnny Bananas. He had a photo crew with him.

Just way too many people that we don't know on that cast list

I get bringing in people from other shows but at what point is it no longer the challenge?

Michele won a season of Survivor and everybody thought that she had no business doing so. It was kind of a facemelter at the finale. Her talking heads in Survivor were good but I don't see it translating well to Challenge. Michaela was one of those people who was just obviously super smart in a "we have to get her out of here now before she dominates the game" kind of way. Both should be entertaining.

Shocked that Tommy Sheehan is in fact a challenger. Likable Survivor winner but he does not fit.
Michele is an idiot

People join colts that tell them upfront the colt will take all of their money and possessions because they no longer need them. Don't act too surprised when a few morons sign-up to learn about a very complex task from some guy who is famous for being a TV personality who says he is rich and he can teach others to make money too because he studied the subject for a couple months.

If he is a multi-millionaire it is because he got money upfront promoting products/software and then took super high-risk or leveraged spots that hit in a bull market as well as conning others into believing they can get rich too.

Don't confuse a bull market with genius.

No wonder Peyton's WR's would lay out for him and take concussions like it wasn't no thing

In other news, CT looks like he lost like 40 pounds and is back on the sauce. Heads gonna be smashed and eaten this season probably.

LOL. I watch too many documentaries on cults to think it is spelled w/ an "o". I am going to hide from this thread until the new season starts.

Dear MTV, if you're gonna fly in international talent from around the world can you at least get the hot ones?!? We have chicks from Sweden, Romania, Turkey, UK and at first glance none of them were particularly hot.

Nany really goes through 'em lol
