I wonder if she's sharp enough strat-wise to realize that a lot of people are going to want to steal CT down the road. Wes isn't too bad of a partner imo, in that he's good enough physically, probably the best strategically and politically, and has enough of a rep that he probably won't be stolen away all that often (Nat can more than make up for West's physically deficiencies too).

Think Fessy is probably the best partner to have and thus the most likely to be stolen away (which she can't do ATM)? CT next most likely? The big brother alliance is big and nicely spread out numbers-wise, but Josh as a partner isn't gonna get it done. Maybe Darrell? IDK I think I stick with West in her spot and if she gets thrown in again, try and steal Fessy later. People are going to target West on Guy's elim weeks, but I don't think there are too many girls that are going to target her and try to steal her skull.

About "stealing skull". Did they say what happens if you go into an elimination already having a skull and lose? Same as last year with Jay where you are just eliminated?

Yeah "stealing a skull" was a dumb way for me to write it. Same as last season, I'd assume Nat will be targeted by virtue of having a skull.

Btw, with only 10 skulls to be had did they state exactly how many male and female competitors are there?

nvm, it's 15 girls and 15 guys so is it 10 skulls each for guys and girls or 10 skulls in total? Either way some of these people won't even get to compete to make the finals, they better stop playing a scared game.

Good start to the season and interested in seeing how this format plays out.

If it's 10 total and it's 30 people there it means these idiots need to be fighting just to compete and looking to throw themselves in. If this isn't the strategy these guys must be making bank for just getting the exposure of being on the show.

Maybe but I think chicks are gonna be terrified to go up against her. She's an absolute beast and may end up being the strongest female competitor in the history of the game.

kyle picking kam doesnt seem to do anything, her alliance doesnt protect him at all on a guys elimination. expecting a twist at some point where both have to go in.

I was thinking about this and again I feel like the Challenge had a decent idea for a format but added about 2 more layers of complexity than they needed to, rendering most of it moot. The whole thing with switching teams could be a cool idea, but as DK said they have almost no actual incentive to play as teammates because they know which gender is up and there's no incentive to keeping your teammate in the game.

Kyle acts like an idiot but pretty smart move while Fessy may never get another chance at a skull, these idiots need to start throwing themselves in with only 8 more skulls left.

I like the idea of next week flipping a coin to see if it is a guys or girls elimination the having the opposite the following week. Wash and repeat this process until 10 skulls out.

It will be interesting to see what happens when there are 8 and 9 skulls out. Do you throw someone in that has a skull so the 1 or 2 open skulls don’t get taken or do you nominate 2 non-skull people?

I think this season will be good but it is going to take a minute, rules are a little too convoluted and there is too much dead weight that needs to be shed

In addition to Fessy not going in, why wasn’t Wes trying to get in versus the easiest competition he could have all season? I suppose having a skull now could put more of a target on his back.
