In a video Instagram post from @challengemtv bananas said once he realized he wasn't going to win he knew he just couldn't get last. He also said rogan (spelling?) asked him how many guys were behind him during the run and bananas said 2 despite knowing only 1 was.

Fresh Meat is a fantastic season.

Also, considering EVGOAT was 18 when she was on FM, was a rookie, and lasted 2 episodes with Danny, who is pretty close to Ace levels of WOATness. Totally was realistic that she would have never gotten a future callback.

Can't mention fresh meat without remarking on Cara's insane transformation.

That's Fresh Meat 2.

Fresh Meat was Season 12. The first season of Diem (didn't realize she had cancer when she already came on the show). MOHAWK ROID RAGE WES carrying Casey's useless ass through every Exile - although they got lucky that they packed way less than everybody else.

The eliminations were basically a mini final where there were 2 puzzles through a race course of prob like 1-1.5 miles. They had to carry bags of equal weight to how much they packed with them, WEST and Casey packed like 55 lbs each where some people packed as much as 100-150 lbs.

Plenty of good CHALLENGE talent from the Fresh Meat crew.

Also this was probably the turning point for how they handle injuries on the CHALLENGE. Evan did like most of the season with a pretty serious sports hernia, even doing a yoke pulling challenge after he had seen a doctor about it who advised against any heavy lifting. I'm assuming production reviewed that situation and saw how much liability they had by letting him continue and were more stringent with pulling people out of competition due to injury.
