Just not a fan of these ridiculous eating challenges. Don't need 20 minutes of watching people projectile vomit.

I'll give Nany credit though, she shoveled that pasta into her mouth like a feral creature from a horror movie.

I agree that watching eating challenges is extremely boring, but 70 hours of this final seems to be people driving a car down a road, sleeping, riding a stationary bike or running in a straight line so I’m not sure if there is much excitement to be had.

The worst part of most finals is not knowing how far teams are apart most of the time and knowing that one team could be leading the field by 10 hours after day one and mtv would start them 5 minutes apart on the last day to ensure a close battle.

Big time this-- They made it seem like Devin and Tori were miles ahead of everyone else after day 1 and again when they got to the food. It was bright out when they finished the step before and then it was dark out and then they were in last place.

That 100 hour final was weird. First 97 hours were just around not doing the balls in elimination. What a waste. Also LOL at annesa losing to nany at that, she’s got over 50 pounds on her. Pathetic.

Agree with the comments nany is a born loser. She’ll never win imo.

Tori and Devin are a good pairing tho. But you put Tori with Jordan or bananas and any of those pairs win that.
Overall decent season, boring final 10 minutes

There didn't seem to be a whole lot of purpose to the first 50-60 hours of the final. I much prefer a race format in the final, where the first to climb a mountain, reach a yacht, or some other destination determines the winner. It allowed Bananas & Nany to essentially quit and still receive second place.

With that said, really liked this season, one of my favorites over the past few years.

As soon as TEEJ announces that it is 100 hour final Jordan should have known that saving 3 minutes (by running through the forest and risking the un-likely ankle roll) on day one is literally worthless. Jordan & Anchoresa were almost a lock to finish last on day one when TEEJ said start running, but finishing last or 2nd to last is almost the same since they are going to start day 2 with a 5 minute advantage or some small other advantage.

You had to love TJ’s maze as the last stage of the final. Really fun setup.
You dont need pyrotechnics and helicoptors to make a cool athmosphere

I don’t think that really would’ve changed a thing, but I also thought she went down a bit too odd for “just” an ankle during that final Balls In.

The final was underwhelming given how good the season was overall. We didn’t need that twist during the middle of the season imo. A straight season with pairs would’ve been more than fine. I’m mostly glad we got Olivia and Horacio this season. I really hope they come back for more and I can see them being on 5+ seasons if they want to.

Did we ever see this presidio played like this before?
All you have to do is reach the goal line and then the defense has to let you drop the ball in?
In my memory, you almost always defend the goal.
