I definitely underestimated Horacio pre-hall brawl. The team that threw them in made such a dumb move - now they'll be targeted by vets & rookies.

I dont see them doing any partner swaps

I don't get the appeal of Fessy. Seems to always get a lot of the hot women on this show, but he seems average in the looks department and like an overall dull guy.

Ravyn is very attractive but it seemed obvious she was only there as an attempt at reality TV fame. I wasn't buying the supposed love triangle with her, Johnny, and Nurys. Guessing she barely knew Johnny and was just plucked out of some club by a casting agent.

I cant believe anyone needed a 90-minute episode to eliminate Tommy & Analyse.

Producers really trying to nerf Jordan and Darrell lmao.

Gotta be most pointless team in the history of this show. Why did they cast an almost-midget with zero strength who had no chance to do any of these challenges?

Minimum contract cannon fodder. Maybe Sis ****s somebody? Tommy provides diversity that’s lacking in the modern era.

They really didnt do Tommy any favors with this elimination draw. Which is why I’m sure it was a fair draw

There should be a world where smart people protect them to the end at all costs as the ultimate layup. The format doesnt really provide for that this season

I needed a tag scene where John or Darrell lifts Analyse up to the puzzle with one arm or something

Unless there are some alliances they haven't shown any bit of, Jay and Michele's choices this week made no sense. I don't understand how you don't put Aneesa/Jordan, Bananas/Nany and Kaycee/Kenny as the 3 teams choosing the knives and then Tori/Devin as the team in the middle. Work out an alliance with Darrell+Veronica, the Germans, Horacio+Olivia, and Amber+Chauncey and you can be in good shape moving forwards.

I feel Kaycee is the hub of the season, connecting all of the veterans. Kaycee has definitely put in work with Michele over the past few years.
I can see Michele trying to placate the pair of Kaycee/Nany by not putting Nany in.
They just dont have a leg to stand on and theyre definitely going to be betrayed ASAP.

Putting in Laurel seems like a crazy wild swing. However I don’t think Laurel has backing from the veteran teams. No one will retaliate on her behalf. So youre only pissing off one team.

Putting in Colleen and Kim with all vets is just the ultimate half measure. Colleen and Kim go home in such a high percentage of these draws because the veterans will save one another. Theyre essentially being targeted. And I dont think their going home is in the best interests of Michele and Jay whatsoever.

There’s a decent amount of logic in putting in Veronica and Aneesa because they suck and can never retaliate.

Laurel's aging out of the comp. Not as dominate as she once was.

The format is fine-ish.
But I think the loser of the daily challenge should be automatically in the elimination. Just to make the challenges moderately interesting. Take some of the burden off of the winner of the daily.

Yep, there's no incentive to win the daily when you have to put EIGHT people in to potential elim.

the bigger problem with the daily's is there is no incentive not to come in last. I'm surprised more teams aren't quitting mid challenge when they fall behind. Maybe they are and its just not being shown.

John messing around on the puzzle is indicative of what i’m sure people are doing.
While I think the rookies and the Ambers and Jays have the freedom to win. The vets with 20 different pre-existing relationships really cant afford to lay their cards out. It does provide an interesting dynamic.

There’s no way in hell the people with brains are trying. I guarantee Devin wouldnt win one of these unless there was a huge cash prize.

Rookies

John and Nany who entered the game late and felt that put a target on them. There were also enough rooks in the game that they kept their hands clean.

The dumbest people on the show won back to back. Nelson and Faysal. But there was still a critical mass of rookies to sort of not piss anyone off.

Then Jay and Michele win back-to-back. And the game has definitely shifted. They promptly ****ed themselves by throwing the rookies in. If they didnt do that, theyre in a much better position

At this point in the season, with the rookies picked off, it’s really throwtime. Youre angering more people than you can protect. The show should respond with some cash prizes up top. But it seems likely that the people with little to lose can win power. Just dont **** yourself like Jay. The numbers could really even up and give the fringe people a fighting shot at upending the veterans

Darrell out and Jordan already losing it with Aneessa's lack of effort. Love it. Keep going on with the "proud of her for not quitting" bullshit speech while your ass in on the plane back home, i understand that after 20 seasons of not working out and being fat your best option as a partner is getting some brownie points delivering those speeches, people will hate you if you go off on them for telling them the truth so i guess you gotta shrug, collect your appearence check and hope for a better partner/solo season next time.

Really missing Kyle and some of the brits, imagine him being called a snake like devin got this episode, he would 100% be like "yeah i am, same as you, i just dont pretend im not" deliver a couple drunk british jokes and move on.

Only incentive is you know you won't be in the elimination.

But yeah the format makes the challenges even more pointless. Winning makes you enemies because you have to throw in half the house, and coming in last has zero negative consequences.
