True although kinda weak that there were zero strength-related tasks in the Final. Half the elimination challenges are about who's the strongest... but then the Final is basically running, eating some gross ****, sleeping in the cold, and doing 6th-grade level puzzles.

It's possible Amber is stronger than she looks but she never really had to lift anything heavy so it didn't matter either way.

I honestly think TJ is an awesome host, but he is let down by how low rent the entire production is. Spend some money and make the challenges less boring.

Also how about giving the winners an actual million? Is MTV so hard up for a hundred grand they had to make the winning prize $900k in order to have $100k for second place?

Seems like the entire production budget for challenges goes to the pyrotechnics guy and all the helicopter pilots.

I feel like the 5-minute headstart and the 2-minute headstart were just stuff that they taped in post-production because CT and Amber won day 1 by an hour and a half. You can always tell when they have TJ do voiceovers in post vs. when he's actually explaining everything to them in real time and this had to be one of them and it would have been stupid for it to be like "Okay, you've all stayed in a glacier all night, now it's time to start day 2. CT and Amber, you guys will have a 97 minute headstart while everyone else just stands here."

Do that idea, and you can go in any order, and make each checkpoint have different level tasks and you pick the tasks in order of arrival. So for example the first to the eating checkpoint could choose the smallest plate of food, so if you suck at eating you might try to do that one first, but it means you will be later to another checkpoint and have a harder puzzle or whatever.

I like this idea. It also means that if two teams are racing towards the same checkpoint, they have to race each other because first to arrive gets the easiest task.

one big issue with all stars that you don't even really think about when watching the regular show is the lack of attractive women.

I haven't followed all stars at all, but what you're saying is true of the men on the Challenge too. They're mostly guys that women really like to watch too. I know first hand because my ex-gf got me in the Challenge.

yeah like Nany, you aren't ever like wow she's a total smokeshow or top 20 hottest to ever be on the show but girls like her, ashley and others would just be #1 on all stars by far
