Anyone listen to Derrick's pods at all? I don't listen to most of them but I found Kenny's to be pretty good. Seems like he has moved on from The Challenge world (obviously not really by choice) Just very down to earth now.

He really was bigger than Wes or Bananas when he met his demise, seemed like he was doing a good job of branding. Maybe it would've added up to something, maybe not but it is pretty crazy how that whole Tonya incident changed his life. Said it closed a lot of doors for him (didn't really elaborate on it too much but we can imagine) and it was hard to get over at times but that he knows who he is as a person and doesn't dwell on it. Basically said it is all BS even though he can't really talk about it.

He dated the WWE interviewer girl for a little while too.

Natalie & Paulie looks like favorites going into this final considering they haven't made this season physical at all. I wonder if anybody will be as savage as Johny and not split the money. Btw, Smashley looked hot tonight.

Joss seems like a finals machine tho, and Sylvia seems like she is smarter than most of the cast.

I dunno, guess it'll be interesting. I checked the ratings a few days ago and they're pretty much the same as start of the season which surprises me because I don't know one other person who still watches. And 2+2ers barely seem to watch it anymore.

The viewers are probably outside of your age range and generation. Maybe the generation z'ers are loving the format and drama & millenials and older people who grew up with the challenge hates the direction the show is going.

I don't even mind the drama, it's the show format that sucks. The redemption houses, the drawn out nature of the show, how convoluted it is, how bad the newer cast members from other shows are.

They had the formula for like 10-15 years or whatever it was.

But house drama/political game, then challenge, then more house drama/political game then elimination with a few cliffhanger eps mixed in was the right way to do it. Now you don't know what you're gonna get.

Eating competitions are lame when it’s just about who can put it in and puke it out. Puking should be a disqualification or something. I wonder if any of the other girls would have kept their arms up as long as Natalie. Could be some kind of female advantage in that one, though it’s not like Bananas didn’t keep his arms up a long time.

I record and ff through most of the episodes, but still catch all of them. The eating half of that challenge is one of the dumbest things they've ever done. That was a very impressive performance by Natalie, though.

Maybe they just tell each other they won't steal it? With John/Tony I'd almost think they agree that whatever happens, happens. No way could they trust one another in that spot.

Cara Marie and Nat/Paulie will definitely split. Joss would split with Sylvia if he won. I don't even know why Sylvia and Joss are vendettas so no drama there. Hunter/Smashley winning could be epic and produce a truly savage tv moment as those 2 have actual history and can't seem to stand each other anymore.

I also keep forgetting that Cara just won like 450k 2 seasons ago...if this girl pulls off another win here...

I hope these super inflated payouts are now the norm.
