Because it is a blood test based on the false and baseless accusations of a convicted felon criminal drug trafficker named Floyd Mayweather Sr., whose words Pacquiao has said he will not allow to influence his own decisions.

Sugar Ray Leonard never took the stupid Mayweather blood test. Neither did Hearns, Duran, Hagler, Benitez, Holmes, Tyson, or anyone else in the history of boxing.

The coward Floyd Mayweather's blood test requirements (that work ONLY if it is done year round - he opted out of the blood test after the Mosley fight, which makes his blood testing demands bogus) are a failed excuse for ducking. And everyone knows it.

Pacquiao won't take orders from drug trafficking criminals and woman beaters like the Mayweathers.

Here is an article about Floyd Mayweather jr. and woman beating:

Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Woman beating ARRESTS.

Again, Mayweather never took the supposed to be year round blood test during his first 40 fights. Sugar Ray Leonard, Hearns, Hagler, Duran, and all of the boxers in fight history never had to take the stupid and bogus blood test that Mayweather has been using as an excuse to duck. Why should Manny?

And why should Pacquiao take orders from drug dealers and woman beaters like the criminal Mayweathers?

Floyd Mayweather beats women. So does his Uncle Roger Mayweather. And his Dad, who started accusing Pacquiao of steroid use after Pac beat his fighter Hatton with one punch, is a convicted felon criminal drug trafficker. Pacquiao has already said he won't take orders from these degenerate criminal elements.

Growing up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Mayweather was introduced to boxing at an early age. His father, Floyd Mayweather Sr.—once a welterweight fighter—started training Floyd Jr. when he was just 5 years old. However, his tutelage of Floyd Jr. was derailed when the elder Mayweather was sentenced to five years in prison in 1994 on a drug-trafficking conviction. But the relationship between Floyd Jr. and Floyd Sr. remains a complicated one, filled with periods of estrangement and reconciliation: Floyd Jr. has said that his father pushed him too hard when he was a kid; Floyd Sr. has taken credit for his son’s success; when Floyd Jr. defeated Juan Manuel Marquez in a 12-round decision this past September—his first match after a brief, 21-month retirement—Floyd Sr. was back in his son’s corner for the first time in nine years.

Arum Will Have a Press Conference at 12 a.m. Pacific, a minute after Floyd's decision.

"This is it, says Bob Arum.

The Money Mayweather Countdown Clock is ticking on Top Rank.com. The Final Decision will be made tonight regarding a mega fight against Manny Pacquiao on Saturday, November 13.

At 12:00AM Pacific Time, tonight the clock ticks down.

Arum will then have a national media conference call. Arum's call will be at midnight pacific, 3 am eastern.

Fight fans throughout the world can listen to the conference call on TopRank.com"

I don't think the fight is happening in 2010

For those who missed the conference call:

Floyd did not respond by the deadline. Arum says this does not mean the fight will not happen in November. However, he will start talking to the Cotto and Margarito camps. If Floyd suddenly comes to the table before a potential Pac/Cotto or Pac/Margarito fight is finalized then Floyd-Pac will fight in November.

Also, a deal with Cotto or Margo can get done within the next 10 days. A fight with Margo might take place in Mexico since he doesn't have a license in Nevada.

is it a general assumption of Manny fans that this fight should be 50/50? I assume that was in the terms of the latest Arum deal.. im not a huge boxing fan but i do know that Mayweather outsold Pac by 2/1 didnt he? therefor Mayweather should get at least 60/40. i just dont know why floyd would want to fight for an even split.

feel free to correct me if im wrong..

Pacquiao fought a complete unknown non-English speaker who his neighbors in Miami and in Brooklyn didn't even know. He would run the streets each morning and absolutely no one knew him. Mayweather fought a charismatic English native speaker who had been on the cover of Ring Magazine and Boxing Illustrated over 40 times in the past decade and who had fought high profile fights against De Lahoya, Mayorga, Winky Wright, Cotto, Forrest, and many others. Plus, Floyd had a 10 year hype built up against this guy.

Despite this, Floyd's fight failed to reach the expected PPV numbers.

50/50 is fair but Floyd's a chicken.

did anyone happen to watch matthew hatton vs the ukrainian yesterday?

the cards were so LOL in hattons favor. it was about a draw, but all 3 judges had him by 5-6 points.

judah destroyed his opponent, and i caught the first two showtime fights before it was time for bed.

yesterday was actually a pretty sweet day for boxing fans. you had fights from 5 pm eastern till about 2 am. HBO on tonight.

Saw the Judah fight. He might actually be a player in the 140 division again. That was a sweet left uppercut.

Man if you guys didn't watch Abregu/Bradley on HBO Boxing After Dark, you missed out.

It was one sided, but it was quite a brawl.

Don't get me wrong, it wasn't Gatti/Ward or anything like that. But it was certainly more entertaining than watching Manny pummel Clottey for 12 rounds. At least Abregu fought back and did well on occasion.

Until he steps up and the fight goes into the 7th round, then it will be the same old Judah. He wins against fighters he's supposed to beat and loses against the elite.

Anyone following James Toney and UFC 118? He's being the same joker he's always been, but MMA guys are soaking it all up for the first time. It's pretty funny to read the articles.

+1

I feel bad for him actually. He probably needs the money but he sounds punch drunk when he talks. Slurs his words like crazy, barely intelligible. I really hope out of mercy Randy will just RNC him instead of beating on him. 15-20 elbows to the dome is really the last thing Toney needs.
