I didn't see Haye smash Wilder in that cherry picked footage video lol.

Can't wait to see Haye fight a decent opponent though, hope he's for real and back in the mix at the top.

Glazkov with a tough break tonight, looked ACL-like, rough stuff. Martin was looking pretty decent though, hope he fights someone solid again like tonight.

Curious what the judges scorecards looked like. I didn't see that coming.

LOL Fury

Wilder is an underdog, but damn seeing him beat Fury like a dog would be a blast.

78-74 x2
77-75

All Wilder

Seems about right

I had, and I would think the judges had, Spilka winner that round prior to the KO. Very well could've been a close fight through 12.

I don't know, I think I'd take Fury against almost anyone else, but Wilder fights much better moving forward and I would be the house on Fury sticking to the outside all fight.

He could outmaneuver him and keep a good jab going, but Wilder's power might be too difficult to deal with if he can't take him off the front foot.

Szpilka was doing his best Sam Soliman crafty movement impression, but it wasn't enough.

Hopefully we see Wilder Povetkin first, winner fights winner of Wlad Fury.

Division is very exciting now....

Haye, Wilder and AJ can pretty much knock out anyone in the world.

If Haye beats a solid opponent next I would say skill wise:

Haye > AJ > Wilder

Fury is where it gets interesting. He's getting better each fight. His jab and footwork are excellent and keep villains at bay, fighting his fight at range. He could well beat all 3 above.

Also Wlad & Povetkin in the mix plus Parker, Ruiz, Ortiz and a few other prospects.

If Haye rocked AJ the way Dillian had he would have finished him. DW was too raw, wild and unpolished to end it.

Could be a good year

Heavyweight scene could take off. We just need the correct fights made and no messing about. In all likely hood we will not see any of these major fights take place until 2017 because there will be so much messing about.

Yea certain fighters will always be avoided, like which promoter in their right mind is going to put their fighter in with a Luis Ortiz or Joseph Parker until they're huge names?

Also there is some chat about slowing down AJ's progress after the DW white. Might not have a big shot till 2017 now

The thing is even if someone loses there is still going to be demand for more fights esp if they deliver first time around. Heavyweight boxing is all about the big knockout. You can be the best technically but if you get hit by a 16st man flush on the chin you are likely going down.

A defeat doesn't end your career. That's my big gripe with boxing.

Could Haye have taken those AJ punches that Dillan Whyte did prior to Whyte connecting solidly?

Lots of heavy Haye talk here... though I guess few HWs are really proven at this point.

Other than Wlad (who has a ton of questions after that Fury performance), does any HW have more than two solid wins against top competition? Most have less than 2.

These guys need to fight each other a heck of a lot more.

AJ, Wilder and Haye are 3 of the biggest punches in the division. I would say they can each knock out the other 2, just depends who gets in first.

I would pick Haye skill wise based on his whole career and not the recent win but AJ is getting better and still a prospect.

I have to say I like Haye's new weight. I don't get why you would ever drop so much weight each fight just to get down to 15 stone to maximize speed and risk injury each time. I mean the guys he fights are all around 18 stone so even at 16.5 stone he will have the speed advantage with some extra power but more importantly not messing with your natural weight

Unconfirmed reports are suggesting a peak of 3 million tuned into the Haye fight. That's incredible.

That would be impressive.

Primetime on a Saturday night just after Xmas (quite a lot of people sitting in), comeback of a fighter that was fighting on PPV for his last couple of fights on a free TV channel which you can get through Freeview.

Talking of Khan:

Amir Khan ‏@AmirKingKhan

And now to Kell Brook.. Eddie Hearn is cool i had a good chat with him at the Smith fight in Liverpool and negotiations started before xmas. I want it, Eddie wants it, Sky want it, all the fans want it, but then Kell decides to fight Kevin Bizier who's lost to Jo Jo Dan twice! Never known of a world champion to have 3 bum defences back to back, make that 4 if you include Diego Chves, at least fight some1 in top 10. We could have fought in April, May or first week of June before Ramadan..

Ive got a potential fight with Garcia if he wins 2moro for the Wbc. Ive been Wbc number 1 for 2 years its about time i got my opportunity to avenge that loss. Brook fight could still happen this year but Brook wants 50/50 split with me, Wake up son and smell the coffee! be realistic and make it happen, even Eddie told you your not worth that!

To which Eddie Hearn replied:

Eddie Hearn ‏@EddieHearn 3h3 hours ago

Ok..I was asked not to say anything in media re our negotiations but guess that's been breached! On Monday I met with @AmirKingKhan lawyer. Your lawyer asked for 80-20.We have confirmed we will give you greater split to get it made. He asked for a £10m guarantee with upside to fight Brook with Kell getting approx £2 to £2.5m. After I spat my coffee out we said no thanks. Since then I have been in discussions with Al Haymons team to try and get this made. We are willing to take the smaller split to get this made but enough of the insults. @AmirKingKhan we will make this easy for you 60-40 in your favour (Kell is World Champ) and you have it.

There you have it @AmirKingKhan - put up or shut up. No more talk, June 4 Wembley Stadium for the World title. I will destroy you.
