Never saw anything like that. Hope Cintron is OK, he deserved the win, imo.

Taped the Paul Williams fight so I could watch the UFC, watched that fight today such a dissapointing end. Those 2 need to get a rematch asap. The 3 people that Williams wants to fight don't seem very interested in fighting him, so why not fight Citron again in a couple of months.

I'm starting to enjoy boxing as a whole much more than MMA. I used to go to BBW or order UFC events on PPV but I've long quit doing it and now I just get raging Norwegian wood when I know a big boxing event is around the corner. I think it's the atmosphere of MMA that is turning me off. Boxing just seems very refined and yet simple at the same time.

Where as if you go to a MMA event you see so many meatheads and wanna be trainers/refs who all claim to know what is best in the fight at hand. I was a corner man (a bad one at that )at my friends fight this past Saturday and I saw firsthand guys who weighed about 350 yelling to fighters what moves they should be doing, and telling their friends how they would of won the fight.

#2 - Floyd totally imposes his will. Floyd gets Manny's rhythm very early in the fight and effectively counters him early and often. His defense holds up easily, Pacquiao gets tagged a lot and slows down, and Floyd coasts to an easy decision.

#3 - Neither fighter can totally impose their will. Pacquiao comes out firing, and Floyd aims to defend and counter-attack. Manny throws a lot and misses a lot, but manages to get past Floyd's shell a few times and connect solidly early. Floyd is also able to counter effectively, but not enough to slow Manny down. Manny keeps up the volume, and hits Floyd some more. But Floyd isn't getting overwhelmed, and he keeps his composure and is still tagging Manny off counters. The early rounds are a struggle between two fighters both trying to impose their will.
i'm a manny fan, but after watching may/mosley, i dont see #1 happening, unfortunately
hope i'm wrong and floyd gets ktfo

i hadn't thought of this until reading it here, but i think #3 is likely with pac forcing floyd to actually worry about points and having to force the issue more

but its probably all premature, lets hope the fight actually gets made this time

This should be an excellent fight. Mitchell opened up a lot of eyes with his win over Breidis Prescott.

Yeah, it's a far cry from knocking out Iron Mike. At least we're not being subjected to Audley Harrison tonight.

Do you know if ITV will be showing the undercard fights tonight? Looks pretty good, esp Ortiz/Campbell....

WBA light welterweight title: Amir Khan vs. Paul Malignaggi
Victor Ortiz vs. Nate Campbell
Daniel Jacobs vs. Juan Astorga
Breidis Prescott vs. Jason Davis
Tor Hamer vs. Kelvin Price

Ortiz vs. Campbell is getting televised, but I doubt the others are. Would be nice to see Danny Jacobs fight again.
