Very good fight especially after a dull first few rounds. Don't really get why some of you are so het up about the decision, seemed like a very close fight, the 117-111 was off though IMO.

No way this can be considered a robbery. Were you guys watching a UK telecast? The Super 6 tourney has such an awesome structure. I am pulling for AA to KTFO Froch, or at least knock him down a few times. If JT was able to knock him down, I fully expect AA to get to him.

I have a feeling Ward's going 3-0 in the round robin.

The Froch camp actually is claiming robbery. But that's probably just standard boxing.

Did you really expect Froch to accept a first loss in any other way? IMO, he's a guy that believes he's indestructible. He's also a guy that would never be able to take a loss gracefully.

Kelly Pavlik knows how to accept defeat, even though I'm sure it kills him inside.

Very disappointed the Pac-Mayweather fight didn't happen in March but Mayweather-Mosley should also be a GREAT fight. I am really excited.

I would not be suprised at all to see Sugar Shane win this fight. I am rooting for Mosley. I expect Mayweather to be tested like never before.

Slightly off topic:

Sparred for the first time in my life and got owned by a 6ft 2 in. Heavyweight professional. I should have listened to my trainer. He said don't hit him hard if you don't want to get hit hard. Well.... I decided to hit him hard and he hit me back even harder and then some. Boxing is a humbling beast. 3 rounds of war. Sometimes you gotta learn the hard way.

rlee982, you should join us in H&F boxing thread. just search "boxing" in that section if interested. could use more perspectives and participants there as we learn a bit from each other.

I tried hard not to be excited about this fight, still stubbornly hanging onto my dismay with the failed PBF/PAC negotiations and all shenanigans associated with it. But simply can't. Gettin downright psyched and can't wait!

Yeah, I've been excited about this one since it was announced. Pac vs winner will cap off the year if it gets signed.

Are you thinking Mosley's got some good odds?

newspaper saying this will do huge ppv numbers. but i'm not sure too many people know it's going tonight.

isn't mosley boring style like PBF? i think shane is a counter-puncher. PBF definintely has flair in general though

Few of my mates thought the fight was tomorrow night.

Its a Bank Holiday weekend so that might be why. Looking forward to it

Such a tough fight for Mosley. Not even sure how he expects to contend in this one.

I want Mosley to win but I don' think he has a very good chance. 24/7 still got me pretty jacked for this though. Can't wait for the fight.
