Pretty good article about the current state of Don king promotions.

For what it's worth, he still have Stiverne who is a fringe top10 heavyweight (he recently beat Chris Arreola)

Or have one of those Giant Hippos (who even Giant Crocs won't mess with & kill a lot more people than Crocs) bite him in 2. 8-2.

Hey - I think I'm finally getting the hang of appropriate forum replies....or not.

How often do your horrible feelings come true? Maybe you could do one of those Sports Betting Websites that sell picks & call it something like.......TAKE MY HORRIBLE FEELINGS TO THE BANK.

Your picks come from your feelings. And u could prove u can do it with your post here....that's all some folks need.

And you could have the song "FEELINGS" play on a continous loop (r u old enuf to remember that song) as giant wheelbarrows with bundles of C-notes that keep piling higher & higher are being pushed by wheelbarrow pushers to the mansions of shiny people with shiny faces.

Seen worse stuff on infomercials that play over & over with one scam or another.

RIP I miss George Carlin.

Saw that fight. Stiverne floored Arreloa with a big right cross late in the 3rd I think. Stiverne also did some very good body work - Arreloa is one of the flabbier guys I've seen.

They did get in some pretty wicked shots on each other......but Stiverne's were more numerous & more vicious. The judges got this one right.

lol at carla catz having 8-10 for chavez

might as well reduce judging to internet voting so the bigger fan base can decide the winner.

Mostly a host of unofficial sources at the minute, seems a couple of UK papers are running with it.

Scherer, you are joking right? if i didn't know how to get it for free, myself and many others would definitely pay for this fight. how come you didn't say that when Mayweather fought Guerrero? are you going to say this when Paman fights Rios in November? this fight between JuanMa and Bradley is as legit as it gets.

i was asking if the floyd/amir fight was joke, to be clear.

but to address your post, i also thought the floyd/guerrero fight was corny and if not for floyd's massive star-power, wouldn't have merited being a ppv event. but his name sells, and hes entertaining, so i understand it.

now maybe im wrong about timothy bradley and jmm, but i just dont see that fight selling much at all in the states. maybes jmm's spanish fan base will prove me wrong.

but i certainly would not pay 60 bucks or w/e it is to watch that fight, unless the undercard was amazing. or had a fight like swift vs lucas on it. and even then id stream and watch a replay on hbo the following week lol.

edit: or are you just in one of your terrible "viva la mehico..." stances again?

Sounding as if Khan v Mayweather is just the standard tabloid nonsense, Khan's camp say they're still preparing for Alexander on December 7th.

I doubt the huge amount of money is from eurasia but rather from Europe.
Wladimir pretty much never fight in Ukraine.

****ty fight. Hard to penalize Wlad much more than he was though. Maybe 1 of the knockdowns shouldn't have counted due to pushing. Leaning over your opponent is not against the rule even if it's definitely a spoiler tactic.
