Re: SE Boxing Thread (still waiting for PBF v. Pac)

Ruiz won 4, 2 was close. Haye could finish if he wasn't backing up and watching most of the time.

Do you think it was 2 KDs in the 1st round or just 1?

Ref ruled 2, but probably shoulda been 1. This ref is pretty bad, saved Ruiz early last round too.

It was v strange how the referee said that it was both an illegal blow (as evidenced by the point deduction) and a legal blow (as evidenced by the count).

Re: SE Boxing Thread (still waiting for PBF v. Pac)

Yeah I mean its pretty confusing since he deducted a point from Haye but shouldnt matter too much

Haye is blowing pretty hard, looks like its going the distance and Haye to take it on points, 5/2 it was as well

Re: SE Boxing Thread (still waiting for PBF v. Pac)

i don't recall the first round knockdown, but there was one later where he was on the way down already but haye hit him on back of head afterwards

haye has reverted to type after the 1st, no pressure being applied consistently.
