Best boxer to appear in any of the Rocky films was Roberto Duran.

Rocky spars with him in 2 or 3, I think 2 but I'm not totally sure. The second best boxer to appear in the films was of course Joe Frazier.

Watching the films always makes me kind of sad that I'll never be able to live in the Rocky universe. It would be interesting to see what happened to Clubber Lang and Drago after they lost.

Going for Ward, but there's no way Dawson is that big of an underdog. 3 to 1 or 4 to 1? Dawson's the bigger man and pretty fast, so Ward's in tough. IMO, it's pretty close to a 50/50.

I really liked the first and the last Rocky movies. I can't remember the ones in between so much.

ye my money is on Dawson, i see it closer to evens than that absurd line.

problem is, important people probably invested lots of money in Ward compared to Dawson so who know if he can get a decision.

True.

I have the feeling that Dawson has enough pop to hurt Ward. So if Dawson throws out his safety first approach, it could get interesting. Ward has developed excellent ring smarts too. I'm getting pretty excited. I hope we don't have a bad decision ruin a great fight (or a bad fight ruin the excitement).

will hbo finally hit us with an undercard? i know 90% (maybe higher) of ppl will only tune in for the main event, but it'd help the sport by having some excellent undercard fighters brawl.

2 is plenty in my opinion. 4 just make it watered down.

Klitschko fighting any minute i think. against Charr. Zzzzzz (and I'm a fan. but god how awful a division outside of those two)
