The Compubox statistics showed Pacquiao landing more punches in 10 of the 12 rounds....

Yes..But manny landed harder punches, to the head, and many more of them consistently through out the entire fight...

Bradley landed fewer punches, mostly to the body, and they were not as damaging.

Commanding the ring and dictating the action is. Thats what Pacquiao did all night long.

That is all well and good, but you have to know how to get the judges to fill the scorecards correctly. Pac needs to hit the gym hard and focused and get better at that aspect.

Guys...it was a joke.

Boxing is also about defense, which is equally important. Bradley put on a clinic tonight, stopping many of Manny's punches using only his face. That takes heart imo.

"Can you believe that?" promoter Bob Arum said. "I had it 10-2! After I got into the ring after the fight, I went over to Bradley and said 'You did very well.' He said, 'I tried hard, but I couldn't beat the guy.' This is crazy. You talk about killing boxing? All three scorecards you throw out."
Yahoo! Sports scored it 117-111 for Pacquiao, the same margin as Tim Dahlberg of the Associated Press and Steve Carp of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Dan Rafael of ESPN had it 118-110 for Pacquiao. HBO's Harold Lederman had it 119-109, or 11 rounds to one, for Pacquiao.
"This is a death knell for boxing, and I'm going to make a ton of money on the rematch," Arum said.

Haha. Nice.

For real though this was a great prank, but when is the real decision being announced? It's getting late for some people.

so yeah, i don't think manny's going to be doing that thing anymore where he takes it easy on a guy towards the end when his victory is locked up to graciously let him finish out the fight.
