he did agree to take any test at any time as long as mayweather had to do the same. sadly, pac man did not agree to do this.

We will probably see Pac vs Mayweather even if he loses to Shane, but it won't be as big.

However, if Mayweather wins and Pac handles Clottey, then the hype for Pac vs Mayweather is going to be greater than it ever was before and one of the sides will give in to make the fight happen.

TBH, Mosley is desperate for any big fight.

I've been thinking about this and I believe that the fight actually would get made because Mayweather would be chasing Pac if he lost to Mosley. IMO, Mayweather would take the 24 day drug cut-off, so as long as Pac agrees to to additional drug testing, they'll fight later this year. I'm not overlooking Clottey, but I don't think Pac will have too much trouble against him. Clottey takes his foot off the gas in his fights, so I don't think he'll be active enough to be troublesome.

Yeah okay. You got no problem giving up on 197192193 other issues, but you suddenly wanna get all uppity about drug testing. Good1.

Mayweather is at fault just as much. Although, I do think his reasoning for wanting drug testing is genuine unlike manny's reasoning for not wanting it.

However, giving Manny a slide for not compromising on taking a couple harmless blood tests (assuming he's PED free which he prolly isn't) is soooooo lol. I know you hate using common sense/logic thremp, but Pacquiao has ZERO logical reasons to avoid drug testing unless he's on currently undetectable PEDs. Mayweather's reasons, although you may disagree with them, are logical.

I actually think that if Mayweather loses (which is unlikely), Pac would simply fight Mosley. Mosley would be coming off a win over mayweather, which would make him a hot commodity obviously. And Pac could probably get a much better percentage split with Mosley. The Mayweather fight could wait because he lost, it'd still be there whether Pac beat or lost to Mosley.

I am glad that Mosley is in the mix because his skills are comparable to pac man's and floyd's.

he has earned a big payday. his ko of margarito was very very impressive.

This is terrible. But you can't refute the illogical with logic.

That's quite illogical of you. People refute your illogical opinions with logic all the time.

Yeah, Pac would definitely get the better split against Mosley. Your scenario is def possible, but I think that Mayweather vs Pac would still be more money than Mosley vs Pac even if Mayweather lost.

I actually find myself extremely excited about Mayweather vs Mosley. I really hope Mosley finds a way to get to Mayweather.

Not so fast. Floyd hasn't signed the contract yet.

If Mayweather somehow finds a way not to fight Shane....

Seeing the sport of boxing blacklist Mayweather from boxing matches would be awesome.

I would rather see him in a competitive fight at WW.

Well yeah but if he refuses, blacklisting would be the next best option.

The point is moot now though.

Even though it's not with Pacquiao, I'm glad Mayweather's stepping up. He should have fought Mosley a few years ago. I'm just concerned that Mosley is too old now and he will have been out of the ring for almost a year and a half by the time they fight.

Anyone excited about tonight's fight? Valero vs DeMarco. DeMarco's pretty tall. I'm wondering/hoping if this will be a competitive fight.
