You know, PBF has always been my favorite boxer and I've always been a huge fan. I've watched nearly all of his fights and love what he's brought to the sport. There is no one that can hype up a fight like he can.

But, with that said....today he lost me as a fan. Him admitting that he hit his ex-girlfriend and twisted her arm is just totally unacceptable. Women should never be assaulted, especially in front of small children.

This may be GG for his career. It will be tough to come back from.

not that i doubt he actually did it, but isn't it likely he plead guilty to get off easy?

I don't think this is the end of his career. Maybe if he decides hes done, but he will have no problem selling as much or more ppv as before. Hes a heel. People tune in because they want to see him lose.

How many days will he actually do?

He'll probably be fighting someone in June

A boxer getting done for assault is hardly anything new. Also he's too much of a cash cow for this to be GG.

I think he'll do his time and this will all be forgotten about sooner rather than later.

I probably agree. Mike Tyson is a convicted rapist and bounced back just fine.

I was saying it was more of a personal deal for me. I cannot support someone who hits women, period.

I guess I just don't see where he has to go from here? He has enough money to retire and probably should.

I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't have enough money to retire. I have a feeling he doesn't know how to handle money.

Pacquiao may not be any better if you believe some of the stuff written about him.

Everyone still loves Tyson even though he is a sick rapist

Don King is a convicted murderer and doing just fine

A few days in jail for PBF is going to do sweet f*** all. He will be fine

Just confirmed that Ward broke his hand about halfway through the Froch fight.

It makes the performance even more impressive.

actually, espn reports that his hand was broken before the fight. Even more amazing.

pics of his hand showed how swollen it was. It was really puffy.

Thomas Hearns broke his hand during his fight with Marvin Hagler, following the fight Hearns told his team not to mention the injury as it might take some of the shine off Hagler's performance, he even refused to visit the hospital that night in case people would realise.

I prefer that approach to tweeting a picture of your injury (or getting your little toe out live on air).

I remember that well, Danny had the heart of a lion. Gordon Ramsay at ringside, he used to go to quite a lot of fights back then.

Sentence is 90 days so he can serve 45 with good behavior. Arum said he's looking at Pac vs Floyd in June, and building a stadium at the Venetian or Wynn that would seat 45,000. It maybe true, maybe not given his "lying yesterday telling the truth today" tendencies.

But if this happens as he stated the WSOP would be underway, it'll be a hot balmy night, and the celeb/douchebag/rapper demographic would make very nice fish to fry.

i had a look at the pictures and honestly i think Khan has a point - a stranger sits beside the judge then takes his scorecard from him. seriously wtf is that?

It's all just tinfoilhat.jpeg theories as Khan actually did lose the fight legitimately. It was somewhat close, but a majority of people would probably say Peterson won.

This is something Erislandy lara or basically any of Felix Sturms recent opponents have some reasons for doing, but not Khan.

i agree that Khan lost in the ring but 1. the ref was ridiculously bad and 2. the stranger and the scorecards means Khan has a point.

who is that guy and what is he doing?
