Fight of the year, for sure.

Anyone know the betting line for Cotto/Margarito?

That should be a good fight.

The punch that won the decision for Pacquioa in Pac-JMM 3
If you still have the Pac-JMM 3 fight on DVR, take another look in slo-mo at round 8. Marquez lands some hellacious blows in that round with Pacquiao landing possibly more but less powerful shots. Marquez had a 13-11 power shot edge in the round. The judge Hoyle (114-144) scored the round for Marquez, undoubtedly swayed by the power of Marquez's best punches. Judges Moretti (115-113) and Trowbridge (116-112) scored the round for Pacquiao. I find the round very difficult to score myself. But here's the thing. Pacquiao gets in a big left right at the end of the round, before the bell. His best power shot of the round.

I believe that punch made the difference in the decision. I think that punch decided the round in favor of Pacquiao for Moretti and Trowbridge. Had Pacquiao not got that last good power shot in I suspect Moretti and Trowbridge would have had to see the round like Hoyle did, swayed by the the greater power of Marquez punches in the round. Had that been the case, all else being equal, the scores would have been (114-114), (114-114), (115-113), a majority draw. That's just how close the fight was. One punch made the difference in the decision.

Watched a bit on Eurosport last night from minor card in London. Pretty nice knockout by Dan Woodgate, worth seeing if the bout shows up on youtube at all.

Broner has about 20 people in his corner, one of them is a bad rapper, and jfc one of them brushes his hair.

cintron has the physical tools to get the upset. Unfortunately hes also a mental weakling who will find a way to lose. Highly unpredictable.

Citron needs to do something. Needs to turn the aggro on a little bit. I've got it 2-1 Alvarez through 3.
